It’s been over 7 days and I still don’t see my purchase in my account. What do I do?

It usually takes 1-7 days for purchases to be posted to your account. However, due to various reasons that typically involve merchant reporting, it can take up to 30 days. Please wait 30 days. If it has been longer than 30 days, then please fill in the Missing Cash Back form and Customer Care will take it up. Please make sure that you have received order confirmation from the store before submitting a Missing Cash Back claim.
Cash Back may not be posted to your account because:
- You have disabled cookies
- You closed your web browser window before completing your purchase
- You used a coupon that is not provided by Pennyful.com
- You added items to your shopping cart before you clicked through from Pennyful.com
